Please follow the attached instruction document to enable one drive sync on your windows computer. This will allow you to access your documents whether connected to the school network or not. Once you've copied your documents from your Documents folder to OneDrive, you should stop utilizing your Documents folder to save new or existing work to. Make sure you're opening documents from the OneDrive folder and not your documents.
The Documents folder is only synced when you're connected to a school network. OneDrive is a cloud application, so it will sync as long as you're connected to the internet.
