Kami suggests using the below link to clear your Kami cache should you experience lagging, freezing, or unresponsiveness from Kami.

There is also Classlink app titled "Kami - Clear Cache" that will direct you to this URL. It is under MASD App Library and can added to any student or teacher LaunchPad. The steps to add this app are listed below.
Open Launchpad
Select + sign in upper left-center of page
Go MASD Library
Add "Kami Clear Cache"
The app will now by on your Launchpad
