Opted out of OneCallNow by mistake

User opted out of OneCallNow but now wants to receive calls (opt back in to OneCallNow).  Must be done by OneCallNow - send email to support.

Contact One Call Now Support (support@onecallnow.com) to opt-in a member that accidentally opted out and would like to be reinstated.

Please provide following information:

Image Your Group ID

Image Member's name

Image If the member opted out of email, we will need their email address

Image If the member opted out of phone calls, we will need their phone number

Image If the member opted out of text messages, we will need their cell phone number

Note: You will be notified via email when the member is opted back in.
