HP x360 Disable/Enable Trackpad

If the trackpad on an HP x360 laptop isn't functioning, please review.

  1. Look at the 'f2' button. If there is an amber light illuminated on it, continue to step 2
  2. While holding the 'fn' button (labeled as 1 in the above picture), press the 'f2' button (labelled as 2 in the above picture)
  3. The amber light should now be off. If so, try the trackpad.

If the trackpad is still not working after the amber light goes off, contact the tech department , navigate to https://support.masd.info, login and submit a support ticket.
