Conference Calls on NEC Phones

1. Dial first participant

2. Once first participant answers, press the 'conf' soft key (on screen above dial pad), then dial next participant

3. Repeat steps 1 and 2 until you've added all required participants

4. After last added participant picks up the call, press the hold button twice to merge all calls into conference call

Alternate directions: 

When you place the call to the first party you will see an option at the top for "Conf".  Hit that and it places the first person on hold.  Dial the second person. (note you can add a third or more by then clicking "Add")  When you are ready to connect all parties press "Hold" twice and the calls should all be connected.
